Mach3 Machining a 17 Tooth Gear using Gearotic Thought

This is a video of my 4 axis  knee mill machining a Delrin gear for my '97 Mercedes Benz. When I bought it the windshield wiper transmission had a cracked and broken nylon gear. MB doesn't does not sell a replacement gear. The do sell a replacement transmission for $1070. I choose to machine my own using Gearotic 2.0

In the video was proving comments to Art and he was giving me advice on wall thinning. I machine it on my 3 axis servo knee mill with a 4th axis stepper driver running a cheap Chinese 4th axis. Worked good.
