Taig CNC Mill motor leads to GeckoG540 Adapters

Hi all,
I have a customer who had a dead Microproto MicroMill 2000HD controller and
decided to convert over to a Gecko G540 based controller, but wanted to use
the Unipolar motors that came with the CNC Mill. Rather than chop off the
existing DIN connectors and replace them with the DB9 connectors that the G540
needs, I made up a set of adaptor leads.
I had done the same thing with my mill when the Gecko G540 was first released,
but I needed to research and recollect all the information I used many years
ago when I first made the leads.
This time I have collated the information and done a step by step guide for
building the adapter cables. I did this so that next time, I'll have the
information handy, but also to have it available for others that want to make
their own adapter cables.
The write-up can be found here;

If the link gets mangled, it is under the list of projects here;

Cheers,
Peter
