Ken: I think a "1 rotor stack" is too light for running a drill-mill's
screws (you ARE retrofitting with ball-screws, aren't you?). A "two-stack"
might do. I'd go for the Superior Electric/Warner-Dana KML90-whatever.
If you have never done "stepper electronics" good luck! Took me some years
to get to where I could "kinda dig it"!
