Hi.

There are small ie< 1mm (0.040") carbide burrs on 1/4" shank available. as
industrial parts.

A very wide variety of small shapes and sizes of cutters are available as
"Dental Burrs" from craft suppliers and hobby stores , as well as dental
supply places. These are usually HSS. and have a standard 3/32" or 2.5mm
shank. They will cut brass very well.

Dremel also make or sell them fpr their "MotoTools, but are usually much
dearer here in Australia.
