I also mill wax for jewellery models, and have found that Cone square
single cut burrs work well. They get most of the chips out while cutting
leaving only a little work to be done with a pin and lots of air blasts.
The smallest is .7 mm but tapers to .4mm dia at the tip. At
www.riogrande.com $4.50 for 6 pieces. (tungsten vanadium tool steel)
