Brian,
It's been done. There've been several packages on the market to
convert Swiss & B&S.
A guy in the Seattle area runs a whole shop full of Brownies that he
converted to CNC using precision ground master cams driven by
servos. He's an old cam screw machine guy, but he told me he hasn't
made a cam in 15 years. Needless to say, he doesn't have to charge
large setup fees.
