Bill,
I just launched my kick-in for the No ad fund.

Group, in my note from Pay Pal, I suggested that rather than the
hassel of trying to refund to folks you pay by their accounts,
instead of the sign-up bonus, Bill should just hold onto the money
until next year. That is less work for him and a little head start on
keeping it ad free the following year.
