Well he was welcome, but he wore it out quite fast. He joined today and
probably spammed us within an hour or two, this estimate is because of the
large number of groups he spammed at the same time, the last guy to do that,
spammed us within 4 minutes, they are both on the banned list. I added a
couple of blank lines between here and the welcome statement....grin
