You can stop wondering......
Marketing hype for certain.
Windows front end is another buzzword that's around in some
machine tool controls.
I'd like someone to explain why a machine tool really needs
Windows on it? I haven't met any shop owners yet that think
about running multiple open windows, surfing the net, or playing
video games while at their CNC machine. Possibly, useful for the
inter-shop network? Link all yer machines together, install auto
loaders, and run them all from your office? Who is that man behind
the curtain Dorothy ???
