I just checked both links I gave you. Yes, they're both still free.
Intellicad says so at the top of the page.
Turbocad hides it in a link down the right side of the page.Here is
that link:

I looked up turbo cad and intellicad. They are not free any more.
Since I would have to pay for them any way, and I dont really mind
paying,does any body know of a program that is sold retail that is
good. That way I can get the software??
