Beverly Shear question

Hello list. Does anyone here have any experience using a BEVERLY shear?
I have used the B2 shear and would love to make a B3 shear. The question
I have is does the curve of the blade need to increase or decrease if I
am making a shear for heavier metal and what is that curve I.E. 10"
radii 6" radii, and what length are the blades. How thick is the main
body of the shear I.E. 1" 1-1/2" material? How thick is the bottom
blade material?
What is wrong with the shear if anything?
