FAQ- in the process

I am very happy to announce that Jon Elson has accepted the role of editor
for a FAQ area, and also that Tim Goldstein has offered a storage area for
the FAQ. I wish to offer my sincere thanks to both of these gentleman in
there efforts to help our list be a better source of information.
I hope that all listes will benefit from this area, and further hope that all
listes will write some of there answers in a form that will be easily adapted
to the FAQ area.
I will back out of the way, and let Jon and Tim do there thing.
