I built one a while ago from a 10" rotary table I posted the pictures of it
in the file section of this list.
To get them go to http://www.egroups.com/group/CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO
and in the left hand menu bar click on files and I think I listed them
under 4th axis.jpg.
There is also another on listed as Helical.jpg
