Advertisement problem

I recently paid $59.40 to have all advertisements removed from the emails
that are sent out to the list members, I did not pay to just have the
advertisements moved back to the bottom of the posting.
An example follows.

removed. Please advise what action will be taken on this matter.
I assume you will also extend my No Advertisement period to make up for your
non-compliance with the service I asked and paid for.
