Retrofit for milling machines

Hello, I was just pointed to this egroup thru the HomeFoundry group.
I'm looking for sources of kits to upgrade my 9 x 49 varispeed mill
to 3 (or possibly 4 axis) CNC milling where I can run the machine
from my PC. Rather than looking thru the thousands of posts I see
here, I wonder if anyone can tell me if there are any postings here
relative to that and what the number might be?
