"Nonferrous Metals" in Kansas City is a cool place.

If you can get somebody to check there for you, they're a big
aluminum scrapyard. They usually have the size you need.

They have brass too.

Bring a hacksaw and some sharp blades. They don't cut, and
most of their stuff seems to be long lengths.
