Gcode shmecode.

Todays topic, Gcodes. Always talked about seldom understood....

And the question is...Drum roll please..

How universal is the implementation of gcodes in different
controllers. Are there times when gcodes have a conflicting function
in different controllers.

I read a post someware that EMC was based on a old allen bradly
controller. If gcodes are universial as the machinery and tool
handbook implies. Then EMC should support any controller as long as
the gcodes are defined.
