Guys, the fact that the list's title appears in the subject line is not a
"fault" it is there because of popular demand.
When subscribed to many lists, there has to be a way of knowing where each
mail is from without having to open it to find out. One mailing list that I
use sends out about 200 mails a day!
If I did not have an in-box assistant or auto filing system I would not know
personal mails from the hundreds of mails from various lists - that would be
a problem
So preceeding the subject with an identifier is a very important feature.
The reason that the sender is always the Onelist system is because that is
where the message came from - you send to the Onelist and it will forward to
all members - when it forwards, IT is the sender of the mail YOU receive.
.
If your e-mail package only shows the first part of the subject line which
is understandably [CAD_CAM_EDM_DRO] you may need to resize the subject
column width by dragging the seperator line or even reveiwing your choice of
mail reader.
