Brian,

I still think that if you want to get started with EMC the easiest install
that is also well documented is to use RedHat 5.2 and the RT script on my
site. There are people that have successfully gotten RedHat 6.2 to run EMC,
but as best as I can tell it is not documented well and takes a pretty good
understanding of Linux. There is also the zip Linux setup floating around.
Some people have said it went in no problem, other seem to take more time
setting it up than using a full Linux distribution. I know that using 5.2
RedHat and my script I can have a machine from bare metal to running EMC in
about an hour as long as the hardware is compatible.
