This may be obvious, but...
Be sure to type in the user name and activation code EXACTLY as
received from Yeager automation. The spaces and CAPS/lowercase matter!
Ther have been occasions where the Name was mispelled (by Yeager).
You must use HIS spelling.
Other than this, I've never heard of any problems ACTIVATING the ace
converter.
