More homebrew DRO information

I didn't see Steve Lindsay's DRO mentioned yet. Its probably the least
expensive way to roll your own, provided you don't need to interface with a
computer for feedback for cnc. All it takes is a few transistors,
quadrature encoders and an old PC.
