Inexpensive 12"/13" LCD screens?

I bought a Xycom industrial display terminal on eBay, with a 12" EGA
monitor. I was going to try to stuff a 13" SVGA tube in place of the 12"
tube, looks like there's plenty of room, but wonder if there are any
good sources for 12 or 13" LCD displays that will run off a standard
SVGA card. By inexpensive, I mean $200 or less.
Color would be nice, but I can certainly live with monochrome.
