Hi all,
There is a good issue of MC this month, it is called "The technical
reference and buyers guide". They always have an article called
fundamentals. This issue has several, if you want to look at the
online version, surf to here
http://www.isa.org/journals/mc/fundamentals/0,1159,0,00.html? There
may be a way to get reprints also. This issue also has the major
suppliers of the industry listed in product and manufacturers
sections.
