Gerald,

Facemills like those sell at Boeing Surplus for around $25+/- and
they aren't fast movers. Obviously, the new price is much, much
higher. The reason for the low price is their limited useage, it
takes a machine with something equivalent to a 50 taper to
effectively use one like that.

Depending on the insert style, sometimes these large type of cutters
are worth more for the inserts they contain than for their intended
purpose.
