Hi Smoke,
Question is - do you actually receive your list mails as a 'digest' - that
is, one large file which is sent down once a day? Unless you have
specifically told egroups to just send all the mail in one packet, you will
probably get them in dribs and drabs as they are posted. If you do get the
digest, you will know as digests have an index listing all the subjects at
the beginning of the file. If you get separate messages don't worry, just
forget the instruction, it doesn't apply to you except in that it is often
more helpful if you change the subject line text to accurately reflect what
is in the posting.
