g18 and g19 with cncpro

I am a great fan of Doug's CncPro,but have hit a snag.
Had someone do a 3d file that involves xz and yz arcs.
Problem is that pro uses j for z center in G18,and in G19
I haven't found a way to do a post processor that can accomodate this
all cad/cams we have tried want to use k for center points of z axis.
any ideas?
