I suspect the demise of serial and parallel ports is WAY exxagerated!
I suspect they will be here in most 'general use' PCs for many years to come.
Poeple have been saying the ISA slot was going to dissapear tomorrow
for at least 10 years, and most motherboards still have at least ONE!
