disconnected or u/s - if it's the same in all axes, and the system has been
re-installed, it's a fair bet that someone's forgotten to plug in the
encoders or switch the laser LMS on :-)
It could of course be a hundred and one other things - number one
engineering rule is of course to always check the PSU's first :-)
