When I've got a system running one S/W package at 600IPM, and then I
switch to CncPRO and it tells me (after I've entered and 'fiddled
with' the params of step size, accel, etc.) that the top speed is
145IPM, I am going to look at CncPRO as the culprit!
The 'mechanical system'(including drives) IS capable of 600IPM! And I
believe CncPRO is capable of the step rates necessary (from others
experiences). The Program has "decided" that my system will only go
145IPM...

P.S. I thought maybe 'slow computer' was the problem... Switched to a
pentium 366; same problem!

torque curve!
