High Speed engraving spindles

John,

This looks 'slick'. I like the way the high speed is still on the
original 'centerline'. coupla questions:

Is the 'revolving center' what we would call a "live center", as used
in a lathe? And you replaced the "live" part with the engraving
cutter holder? Which has provision for the vee- belt also? If so,
this might be a single bearing (radial) setup. Runout is not a
problem? Or is it a higher end (like Royal Mfg.) live center with
multiple bearings? (although your dwg. shows only two).

I like it! Thank you.
