So that makes it highly oxidation resistant which implies long life.

Isoflex NBU15 comes highly recommended as a spindle lube. ( $125/Kg). I have a graph that shows NBU15 at 22 C temp rise at 11 Krpm
and oil/air at 14 Krpm for the same temp rise(same spindle).
