HP rating

Hi,
thanks for all the replies regarding relays and ratings.
I was watching some old footage on the tv recently of a horse
ploughing a grass meadow. I have a 3.5 hp lawnmower that cuts out if
graze an ant hill, yet that one horse was turning over a line of moist
soil. Perhaps equipment is now rated against Sea Horses.
