Bill,

First you will need to get an enclosure (box) in which to build a power
supply in and have room to mount the Gecko drives. Then you can buy a
parallel port cable to run between the parallel port output from your
computer to the box. On one side of the box, you will need an opening in
which to mount a plate. On the plate make an opening for a 25 pin
connector. Now from the 25 pin connector you can solder wires to connect
your step and direction lines to your Gecko drives. You will also need
connectors on the plate for the stepper motor wires that come from the Gecko
drives.
