If you want to use the website as the access method I think you have to
stick with the cookies. BTW, I do a lot of web programming so am very
familiar with cookies. They are not fattening and will in no way harm you
and do allow the web interaction to be much richer. But, if you are
determined to avoid cookies and those all black helicopters that they send
out to find you in the night I would suggest that you switch to receiving
the list as e-mails.
