Brigar Electronics has them. Crydom DID20, 3.5-32 V DC
input for the control (pretty standard) and 100 V DC MOSFET
output @ 20 Amps. They sell them for $12.95, I haven't looked
up the distributor price, but I'll bet it is a lot more.
