Digitzer software development

I recently got some info regarding a new Software Developers Kit
available for the Rhino 3D CAD program. This is a beta version and
hasn't been released yet. It's aimed at C++ developers for building
plug-ins for:
- Rendering
- I/O
- 3-D digitizers device interface
- Other small applets
