I dropped one in the linuxcnc.org/Dropbox a while back. Got feedback from
one stalwart. Seems the rest of us are content to directly edit an ini.
I'll get back to it and make a new release.

Rather than the ms approach, I chose the linux kernel config model where
types of variables are grouped and help is a button alongside each
variable. --
