In fact you are replacing the cncpro.exe file. You simply need to copy the
updated file to the directory in which you have CncPro, overwriting the
existing or old cncpro.exe file. Also, be sure to copy the new help file as
well to that directory overwriting the old help file.
Everything works just fine this way. I have upgraded mine several times with
no problem. However the ACE upgrades do sometimes have a problem with a
missing .dll file. If you have this problem just contact Doug and he will
sent the proper .dll file to you.
