My guess would be that someone subscribed from the adelphia.com domain
and is not a valid user anymore or all adelphia.com addresses have been
changed to adelphia.net.

For some reason, the adelphia mailserver is sending notifications to the
user in the From: header field rather than (or as well as) the Reply-to:
field.

I expect I will get one as well now.
