IMService to offer training

After many sleepless nights, we have decided to take over the facility next to our machine shop as a training facility. Starting next month we are going to offer Shopbot-Vector, 2 day training classes, on at least a monthly basis. The first class will be Friday & Saturday, February 23-24. John Forney, who some of you may remember from Names last year, will be teaching the Shopbot part & I will be handling the Vector instruction. We will have a Shopbot, PRT96, on site as a training aid. For additional information:

Since we expect to have the facility for six months at a minimum, I also bought the little 4 axis Sherline from my friend. If there is enough interest, I may offer to put on a Vector using/training class, based on this machine(4 axis Ahha controller), maybe the Thursday or Friday before Names. Our facility is about 1 hour drive from Yack Arena, in Wyandotte, MI, USA, where Names will be held at the end of April.

A few of our customers have been trying to get us to put on an intermediate to advanced level Vector class for some years, if there is enough interest, we may also schedule this kind of training.
