Feed is based upon the chipload per tooth of the cutter. So if you calculate
out the chip load you will find that your numbers are correct. I will warn
you that many of these speed and feed programs give you values that are
appropriate for rigid machines with quality cutters. Suggest starting your
feed lower and seeing what you Sherline can handle. Your Mileage May Vary.
