Titanium likes to be CUT!
Be sure your cutter(s) are truly SHARP, and you don't DWELL. Titanium
work hardens by "looking at it" :-)
We do have someone on list who has posted a website with these sorts
of items. Maybe an archive search.
Others can give you feeds/speeds. Just be sure you are CUTTING!
