moglice is a trade name for a castable engineering plastic which was developed in Germany, and is marketed in the United States by DeWitt (or DeVitt?) machinery. It is designed for "way" repair and construction. If you search our archives for moglice you will find more info. Also comes up on a yahoo search of moglice.
Philadelphia Resins markets a similar (they say) product. From what I've read, moglice seems to be working better for people on this list.
