Anybody using KesKAM 2000??

I am trying to find others using DesKAM 2000 successfully. I am
interested in purchasing but cannot find much help in the demo
version.

I also don't understand vendors that will produce a demo of their
products and then not instruct on how it is to be used. If I cannot
figure it out, they loose a sale.

I need some help on using this product.
