Since all these proposals seem to require oscillation of valves or pistons,
the output would be pulsating much like ac current. Seems a hydraulic
accumulator (nitrogen bladder) is needed. Like the capacitance in a power
supply, it would smooth out the pulses. An Enerpac or equivalent 10,000 PSI
air over hydraulic pump could be copied in stainless to produce the pressure,
125 shop air would run it. Proper orifice sizing would allow continuous
cutting. Peter
