Help grinding drill bits

I have obtained and refurbished a Hasberg tool grinder that is
somewhat similar to the Quorn grinder that can be seen here. It is
not as versatile as the Quorn and not intended for endmills. But the
same basic setup

The problem is that I can find no information on the manufacturer and
i have no clue how to use this thing. And there are very few people
who know tool grinding. I have found many websites on drill
sharpening but mostly like the Darex sharpeners and others that work
very differently.

Can anyone offer any help either telling me how to sharpen drill bits
with this thing or pointing me to some resource for learning.
I know the theory of drill bit sharpening and I have sharpened many
bits on regular grinders with mixed results. I want to be able to
consistently get a good grind especially on smaller bits.
