EMC & DanCAD/CAM/PLOT Pinouts

I just want to let everyone know that through the help of Ray Henry there is
now a nice clear easy to follow table showing you the correct pinouts for
EMC and for Dan/CAD/CAM/PLOT. Ray also provided a nice diagram to go with
the text contributed by Mo and Jon regarding how to use a parallel port to
trip an external relay.
