Avoid scops with any vacuum tubes like the plague! First, they are heavy,
hard to find, and nowhere as reliable as the best transistor gear.
(Actually, the tubes themselves aren't heavy, just the power supplies.)
I got rid of my tube scope about 20 years ago.
