new parallel port breakout/pullup/passthrough board available

Having been coaxed by several to make my parallel port
breakout board available to others, I've done a production
run, and put them on my web page at http://www.cncKITS.com
The neat thing is that you can put one at the computer end
to inject a few more signals down the cable (the parallel port
itself does not have a source of +5V or +12 volts) like :
- +5V and +12 from a disk drive power connector
- or +5V, four more digital and one potentiometer inputs
to the DB15 game port connector
and use one at the motor driver end to break out the
(output and input) signals from the parallel cable.
