Get a KE18 Keyboard encoder from Hagstrom Electronics for 50 bucks. Put it
in your pendant in line with the PC keyboard, and wire your jog switches to
the matrix connector on the encoder. Then when you press the buttons, the
encoder will send the same info to the pc as the keyboard does.

Hagstrom Electronics: phone 607-786, 7523. Nice people in Endicott, NY.
Good products. They also make custom applications and boards with other
capabilities.
